I have recently learned about new research that might provide the link between mind and universe...how the mitochondria in all cells, but predominantly in the brain function by turning glucose into an electrical charge that runs the hardware of the body. The analogy given that stuck with me was using a cell phone. A cell phone has these wonderful functions, apps, cameras etc...but if there is no charge the phone is a dark lump of hardware.
