Just because we have not traveled to a different consciousness does not mean it doesn't exist. Consciousness has no boundaries. The awe one feels when consciousness is unleashed is typically very healing to our psyches. I hope for people in need that they can discover good solutions in this.
Having grown up in a mind-blowing environment (Yosemite Valley and the Mariposa Grove, the high country of lakes, peaks, cascades and gurgling streams), I seem to have arrived without chemical assistance, but it's clear that the others around me needed something to clear their head. We need to resolve this deep-seated public mental health problem, which has led to capitalism, Repugnicanism, and MAGA, and become a normal working community again.
