I have no science to back it up, but I think being at the ocean has similar effects. I live on Maui. I go to the beach most days for an hour or two. I walk, read, stare at and listen to the waves. Also being in and swimming in the ocean I think has positive effects, beyond the physical exercise. Currently I am reading Thom's latest book there. I read for awhile...and then look out at the ocean for awhile. I have read most of Thom's books there as well. Michael Greger, MD made a post on his nutritionfacts.org website today also on Forest Bathing

A NetFlix documentary on DESIGN has an episode on architecture that showed a young architect from Denmark who built apartments each with a garden 🪴 yard as big as the apartment.

Instead of building a square building with another square space for parking he made a slope that cars could drive up to their level to park. The apartments were not completely on top of each other. So you see all the gardens sloped out front of the building for the entire “block”.

The entire project sold out in 5 hours!

Tested and true. I hope for all humans to be able to have a slice of any variation of Nature accessible to them so they can evaluate their own test results in how it makes them feel.
